If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@deolux.net so we can assist you.


To process a refund or replacement, we may ask for a short video or photo of the issue.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or customer misuse.
